What happens on my membership call?

Your LP Luxury membership advisor will explain club benefits, package options, pricing, family access and any conditions for additional resort benefits. This free 15-minute call helps you decide whether membership fits your travel plans.

Are savings and complimentary stays guaranteed?

Savings vary by destination, dates and availability. Ask your advisor which additional resort benefits are included in your membership package and request the written terms, fees, eligibility and redemption requirements before joining.

Who will call me, and when?

Your booking is assigned to an available LP Luxury membership advisor through equal-distribution round robin. Calls last 15 minutes and are offered Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern. The advisor will call the phone number you provide at your chosen time.
